Lots of social life and parties around the campus as it’s a total college town. Santa Clara has a great Greek scene but it isn’t ran by the school ,from what I believe it’s ran by students. Colleges and Universities ...I visited Santa Clara earlier this year (I'm from the area) and it's beautiful, friendly, has an awesome social life, not uptight at all, great facilities, great sports (especially basketball) etc. It's a GREAT school that will give you a GREAT education but it simply doesn't compete with other schools on a reputation basis..
